Chesapeake may close Brussels carton plant
Richmond, VA-based paperboard converter Chesapeake Corp. says May 13 that it has proposed closing its carton-manufacturing plant in Brussels, Belgium. If the reorganization is accepted and the Brussels plant closed, production will be transferred to Chesapeake's operation in Gent, Belgium.
